Run The Trails Afan Forest has an option for either a 5km or 10km, we hand pick our trails to suit new and experienced athletes that want to push themselves whilst receiving an amazing scenic experience!

Route information
The race will consist of separate routes for the 5k and a 10k. Please keep to the left hand side when possible and please respect other path users.
